Refund Policy
Q-Global offers a 30-Day, Money-Back Guarantee to all new dial-up and web hosting customers. If you wish to cancel your service within 30 days of purchase, follow the cancellation policy below and you will receive a full refund of your first month's service fee. Set-up charges are not refundable. No refunds are issued after the 30 Day Guarantee period. Q-Global does not pro-rate monthly service and no pro-rated refunds are issued for cancellations within the billing cycle. Customers who cancel a pre-paid account plan (3 months, 6 months, 1 year plans) after the first 30 days of service will not receive a refund of any unused fees.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your account with Q-Global, you must notify us prior to the end of your current billing period to avoid further charges. Notification will be accepted via email, fax, telephone call, or letter. An Q-Global confirmation of cancellation must be received by you for your request to be effective. Q-Global is not responsible for unconfirmed cancellations and will not refund charges for unconfirmed cancellations. You will be billed your monthly service charge if your cancellation is received and entered after your current billing period ends. Please send your cancellation request to:

Billing & Payment Policy

Q-Global shall bill Customer for services rendered at the rates stated herein. Invoices shall include all applicable taxes, service charges, fees and surcharges. Q-Global shall commence billing upon completion of installation. First and second month payments are billed upon service installation and are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice dateWhere applicable, service charges for the first partial month of service will be pro-rated and billed.  Authorized monthly credit card payments are charged to Customer’s credit card on the first of the month. Past due accounts will be charged a late fee of 1.5% per month on any unpaid past due balance. Delinquent accounts are subject to immediate termination or suspension of services at the sole discretion of Q-Global.  Customer may reinstate services suspended due to nonpayment by paying to Q-Global within 30 days from the date the suspension commences a the Service Reinstatement Fee plus all outstanding amounts due, including the cost of DSL service that would have been provided during the period of suspension.  If the Customer does not choose to reinstate service with 30 calendar days, Q-Global will deactivate the service without further notice and any applicable Early Termination Fee or other Fees will become immediately due and payable.
