Q-Global basic dial-up services includes:

  • Both dial-up 2 channel ISDN services and dual channel analog services.

  • 24/7 toll-free access to our Network Operations Center (for reports of outages and system-wide problems) and to our technical support staff to assist you in troubleshooting your problems.

:: Dual Analog or ISDN


Dial-Up 2 channel ISDN services and Dual Channel Analog (MLPP) are available as a standard Q-Global service and are included with the initial set-up fees.

Both of these services are treated the same as the single channel service, except the user is allowed up to 2 concurrent channel sessions, either analog or ISDN! The price for this service is simply 2 times the applicable volume rate for single channel service.

Q-Global allows customers up to 200 total channel hours per user per month for an ISDN connection without incurring surcharges. Based on an average of your combined ISDN users connection time, any usage above the 200 channel hour limitation will incur an additional fee of $0.25 per hour.

Example: if you have 10 dual channel ISDN users, that would mean that the total allowable time for this realm would be
10 X 200 = 2,000 hours per month. If the total amount of time for the realm exceeds 2,000, then the additional hours would be charged at $ 0.25 per hour. It the total amount of time for the realm turns out to be 2,250 , the additional amount of charges would be 250 X $ 0.25 = $ 62.50
