Q-Global offers a full range of monitoring and reporting services to meet your needs:

All Managed Hosting at Q-Global includes Lite Monitoring services free of charge. Our monitoring platform automatically pings your servers' IP address at regular intervals and scans the web port (i.e. port 80) to establish server and service availability. If the ping or the scan fail, our technical staff is notified immediately and in turn, will notify your designated technical contact and take the appropriate corrective measures to isolate and resolve the problem, as needed.
